These Terms govern access to and use of RTGX websites, applications, dashboards and related services.
Terms governing access to RTGX websites, applications, dashboards and related services.

These Terms organize the key conditions around eligibility, the RTGX utility token, carbon assets, tokenized representations, transactions, compliance, registry rules, environmental claims, security and third-party dependencies.
These Terms govern access to and use of RTGX websites, applications, dashboards and related services.
Users must satisfy applicable age, legal-capacity, jurisdictional, KYC/AML and sanctions requirements. RTGX may restrict access where required.
RTGX is described as a utility token on BNB Chain (BEP-20). Rights and legal classification are determined by applicable documentation and law.
A carbon credit is not created merely by recording information on blockchain. Underlying project, methodology, monitoring, verification and registry requirements apply.
A tokenized carbon asset is a blockchain representation whose exact underlying asset, quantity, legal rights, control/custody and token ratio must be disclosed.
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Users are responsible for wallet addresses, networks and transaction details.
Token and carbon-market values may fluctuate. No price, profit, liquidity, listing or redemption is guaranteed.
Price multiples, returns and future milestones stated in project materials are projections and not guarantees.
RTGX may conduct KYC/AML, sanctions, fraud and transaction monitoring and may suspend activity where required.
Where an external registry or carbon standard governs an underlying unit, its rules may control status, transferability and retirement.
Holding a token does not automatically provide a right to claim carbon neutrality, emissions compensation or another environmental benefit.
Users must protect private keys and credentials. Smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure involve technical risks.
RTGX may depend on exchanges, registries, verification bodies, wallets, payment providers and infrastructure services.
RTGX branding, content, software and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RTGX is not responsible for indirect losses caused by market movements, blockchain failures, registry changes, smart-contract vulnerabilities or third-party failures.
Governing law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution are determined by applicable legal documentation and mandatory law.
Terms may be updated as services, technology and legal requirements change.
Legal and support enquiries may be submitted through the RTGX Contact page.
The pages work together. Terms define usage, Privacy covers data handling, Risk Disclosure explains exposure and the Carbon Asset Framework defines asset-level integrity data.
